inconsistent and could be confusing: “Claims” opens a pulldown menu to choose from,
whereas the neighboring “Pay Bill” is a direct link (but the “Claims” menu remains open)
Finally as effective as the homepage is, the same cannot be said about the inner pages;
they feel wordy, cluttered and templatized.
